Heirloom Creations’ service department is open 6 days a week and is staffed by two fully certified expert sewing machine service technicians, Gary Snuggerud and Ryan Snuggerud.

We welcome all brands of sewing machines, sergers, embroidery machines, industrial machines, blind hemmers and long arm quilting machines. Whether it is ancient machine or the most sophisticated top-of-the-line super machine, we can make it work like new!

How Often Should a Sewing Machine Be Serviced?
It is recommended to have all sewing machines serviced once a year whether they are being used heavily or just sitting. There is nothing worst that being frustrated the next time you sit down to sew something. Take a pro-active approach in keeping your sewing machine service to keep it smoothly running for years to come.

Service Time:
We strive to service all machines within 2-4 days depending on the amount of machines that are dropped off on any given day. No appointment needed.

Same Day Service:
We do offer a same-day service option for anyone who needs it or who live outside the Sioux Falls area. This service option is available on a first call basis. Please plan ahead by making appointments well in advance. We are only able to take one or two same-day appointments per day.
